• I love my PK-31 lounge chairs in tan leather and polished stainless steel. The cushions are soft and comfortable. The matching ottoman/stools are perfect for movie viewing and can also serve as additional coffee tables or TV trays when friends are visiting. • While redecorating our home we chose a Mies van der Rohe coffee table from Modern Classics to accompany the Italian Leather sections in our family room. Modern Classics was quick to provide us with exactly what we wanted and for an exceptionally reasonable price. The table arrived in short order, well packed and in perfect condition on arrival. After a few weeks of use we called Modern Classics to advise them the table was a bit wobbly on its base. Modern Classics set immediately to "re-engineer" the base to make it more stable with a promise that when the engineering was complete and the new bases were available we would be shipped at no charge a new base. True to their word, we received a new stainless base which is solid as a rock and the table is now not only one of the most beautiful pieces in the room, but exceptionally stable. We give Modern Classics our strongest endorsement for authentic pieces, exceptional "personal" customer service at a bargain price. • I just want to say that the Petite Confort 3 seat sofa I received last week exceeded all of our expectations. The form, finish and materials are perfect. I have desired a piece of Corbusier cube furniture ever since I learned about modernism at design school way back in 1973. Then the Memorex ad came out and I wanted one even more. However, I never could justify the price of a Cassina copy, especially back then. We recently moved into a contemporary house that just "cried out" for a cube sofa to to go with the two Wassily chairs that we already owned. The retro, art deco sofa and chairs that we had in our former house looked awkward and out of place in the open floor plan. I was delighted to find your website and the accurate copies of Corbusier's designs.
